We had a tenant move in August and so September was spent renovating apartment number three. I have included some before and after shots. It turned out to be a bigger job than we thought. New floors, new paint and drywall, new bathroom, new kitchen counter and fixtures, new heaters and two new windows. Thanks to Rick!! and Tim and Judy we got it done for the first of October and new tenants a now in.
