Off we go!
The McDougall African adventure begins. Monday January seventh was an exciting day. Mary saw the thyroid specialist in Sudbury and he gave us the good news that she was okay to travel. So we collected supplies, packed up and made arrangements. After some tearful goodbyes we headed to Toronto on Thursday afternoon. Our plan is to fly to Amsterdam Friday evening then Nairobi and land in Lusaka, Zambia on Sunday. We will spend the next three months at Grace Academy in Ndola. The backpacks are full, the challenge now will be to carry them!
